Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Forsja website, API and mobile applications (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

The service

Forsja provides an enterprise resource planning system: a double-entry general ledger and financial statements, order to cash, procure to pay, inventory valuation and costing, Indian GST and TDS compliance, and analytics with an AI copilot over your own records. Plans and their limits are described on the pricing page; paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled and can be managed from Settings → Billing.

Your data

Your organization retains all rights to the data it brings to the Service. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that data to your authorized users. Our privacy policy describes our data practices.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to access other organizations’ data.
• No reverse engineering, resale or benchmarking-for-competitors.
• No unlawful, infringing or abusive content.

Forecasts and recommendations

Forecasts, scores and copilot answers are decision support, not guarantees. You remain responsible for business decisions, including purchase orders raised from Forsja recommendations.

Availability and support

We target 99.9% availability for paid plans. Support is provided per plan tier via support@forsja.com.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance.
