Privacy Policy

Forsja (“we”, “us”) provides an enterprise resource planning system for manufacturers and exporters — accounting, order to cash, procure to pay, inventory and costing, tax and compliance — via our website, API and mobile apps (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Forsja web application, the Forsja iOS and Android apps, and forsja.com.

What we collect

• Account data — name, work email, role and organization, provided when you or your administrator create an account.
• Customer data — the business records your organization imports, enters or connects: its books of account, invoices, receipts and payments, tax records, products, suppliers, customers, orders, inventory and shipments. Your organization owns this data; we process it only to operate the Service for you.
• Usage data — actions taken in the Service (recorded in your organization’s audit trail), device type, and technical logs used for security and reliability.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data. Ever.
• We do not use your customer data to train AI models.
• We do not show advertising in the Service.

AI features

The Forsja copilot answers questions using metrics computed from your organization’s data. When an AI provider is configured, the computed context and your question are sent to that provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) solely to generate the answer, under agreements that prohibit training on your data.

Data isolation and security

Every record is scoped to your organization and isolated with role-based access control, application-level tenancy checks and database row-level security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access by our staff is limited, logged and need-based.

Retention and deletion

Customer data is retained per your plan’s retention window and deleted on verified request or contract termination. Organization administrators can export data at any time via the API.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
